Rick's Rant 3: The Nafta Super Highway & Rick Perry

Okayyyy....First of all:
I know I keep picking on Rick Perry but after reading and watching video of some of the things he SAYS...I’ve come to a worrisome conclusion.....Rick Perry is like The Retarded Republican, George “Dubya” Bush........On CRACK & METH!!
And second...
The Nafta agreement was the DUMBEST thing EVER thought UP, by an American President
Now, let me continue by first saying that I thought Bill Clinton was the BEST President in recent history and THAT’S because, while he was in office, I had a great job...could always FIND a job within 2 weeks...I had stocks and 2 bank accounts; etc......The US of A was a GREAT place to live!
THEN......Bill and his cohorts thought “wouldn’t it be GREAT if we could send OUR jobs to other countries and have THEM send theirs to ours?”...and set out to make it HAPPEN (never MIND that Bill’s own WIFE thought it was a BAD idea)...and IN the happening...life would be GREAT....the MOON would be in The SEVENTH HOUSE and we could DANCE and DANCE and make MERRY.....I believe it WAS a good IDEA...but it didn’t take into account, the GREED and SELFISHNESS of most of the other countries in the world!!!
Therein lies the NAFTA flaw....THINK about it......we send MILLIONS of dollars in AID to countries for tsunamis, earth quakes, landslides, DOGS IN TREES, for God’s sake....and when Katrina hit....WHO came???...France and England.......The World Trade Center bombing....who CAME?....France and England!!......CHRIST!!....we even dropped FOOD to the Iraqi people WHILE we were BOMBING them (the RIGHT thing to DO, I think)...but WHERE are the OTHER countries when WE have a disaster....I may be WRONG, but I NEVER heard about CHINA helping out....even though they, now OWN half of our businesses and LAND!!....Where were THEY??
And NOW, Rick Perry and the other Good Ol’ Boys in the West and MID west want to build a “HIGHWAY” to enable “easier crossings” for trade with Mexico and South America, so THEY can make money without RETURNING any to US. This “highway” is to be 300 yards wide and composed of truck and car lanes as well as railways...Does anyone SEE the potential for TERRORISM, here? A HIGHWAY running from the south Texas border THROUGH the HEART of our country into CANADA!!
NOOOOOO....terrorists won’t take ADVANTAGE of THAT!!
We can’t patrol south Texas to keep illegals out as it IS....How are we supposed to patrol a 1400 mile long HIGHWAY?!!?
Why not just GIVE terrorists and illegal immigrants an electronic TOLL PASS for “easier crossing”???
This NAFTA SUPERHIGHWAY is a TERRIBLE idea...(BTW....the foreign company that BUILDS it will KEEP the toll money!).....
Not to MENTION that the Texas government (Rick Perry) wants to use “eminent domain” laws to STEAL people’s land and houses from them, forcing them to relocate from homes that many have spent their whole LIVES in!
What scares ME is the fact that MOST of the GOP and some of the Democratic candidates are PRO business...PRO life....and PRO religion....that tells me ONE thing....these candidates are PRO telling people how to LIVE!! So, basically Perry is PRO Perry as far as HIS getting the money (kickbacks?) from the FOREIGN investors who want to do this...and SCREW the people of his state and all the "eminent domain" casualties in all the OTHER states along this "highway".
We NEED to not ONLY keep Perry out of the White House...we need to get him and people LIKE him out of government ALTOGETHER!!
In conclusion, I say AGAIN....Go to YouTube....Go to Google.....Find out where these GOP AND Democratic candidates STAND, before you VOTE, this time!!
Don’t let ANY of them SCARE you into voting for them like Bush did in HIS despicable reign!!......
Vote for someone who will bring jobs back HERE and tell the companies “NO!” to tax breaks for sending jobs overseas......Vote for someone who says “NO!” to jamming religion and anti-abortion and THEIR idea of marriage down your throat!!......For someone who says, “NO!!" to selling us OUT to China!!....
And finally....will someone PLEASE find a candidate who doesn’t still INSIST that NAFTA works and will have the STONES to ABOLISH the whole thing?!!?......Remember....Other countries (except the two I mentioned) are NOT going to HELP us...not in disasters and CERTAINLY not with jobs!! Rick Perry is FOR all this NAFTA crap!! If we EVER want to get JOBS back in THIS country, do NOT put this guy in the White House, PLEASE!!

Thanks guys...I live in Florida so you don't have to tell ME, G....Even tho Lawton Chiles was a Good Ol' Boy, when I moved to South Florida in 1993 and until he died...there were JOBS and companies had their HEADQUARTERS here...but SINCE then...ALL the governors seem to be taking more and MORE for themselves and SCREWING us, the PEOPLE of Florida......Then Peter, if that wasn't BAD enough...here come Bush & Cheney and suddenly ( within 8 SHORT YEARS) there are no JOBS to be had ANYWHERE....all the markets...housing, financial; etc are coming apart and Bush is signing bills to take away our CIVIL RIGHTS!!...NOW Perry wants to KEEP destroying this country!!...I'm disappointed in Obama, but I think we're not gonna HAVE two good candidates on EITHER side again in 2012..sooo....the only choice WILL be Obama...
Ain't it Grand?? Just think, we have another 4 more years of the same old bullsh*t, if a decent candidate isn't found soon. After another 4 years of this, I don't think there will even be a US of A. Nah, we'll all be kowtowing to a newly appointed World President, probably named Barack, since that's where he so obviously wants to go. My biggest fear is that I'll live to see it. Please...just take me out and shoot me. It'll be less painful. Rick Perry is an idiot. Michelle Buchanan is about as dumb as a rock. And Huntsman? Well, he doesn't even count.
You know....I gotta SAY that I don't understand why people have the idea that Obama is EVIL or has evil INTENTIONS!!...people take passages from his BOOKS...OUT OF CONTEXT....and say he's a RACIST...a Muslim...and this and that....I've taken the time to READ his books.....ALL the way THROUGH...and the things he says about whites and Islam are just an explanation of how HE as a person came to BE...Like me telling stories about Johnny and Coach Yohn and Mom and Randy....that kind of thing....I'm DISAPPOINTED in Obama...but I respect that he has tried his DAMNDEST to undo all CATASTROPHIC damage done by Bush, Cheney and The NAFTA aggreement, to this country...People thought he would come in and OVERNIGHT change EVERYTHING, in four years....When it TOOK the same amount of time that it took Clinton to BUILD, for Cheney the Whore and The Retarded Republican to tear DOWN....I give Obama the benefit of the DOUBT....BUT...I think it's time for some NEW blood....Unfortunately the gene pool of the (possible) candidates on both sides seems to be DEEP with inbred insanity and a little too much suckling at the teats of religion and the wealthy, for MY taste...I think we need to give Obama a BREAK...and just try and move ON, with someone else (if anyone GOOD shows up), in the 2012 election...And UNLIKE most people who denigrate Obama...I read and watch EVERYTHING on Rick Perry and the other candidates, before I put them down or criticize them....ANOTHER thing to HATE Bush for...I have to CARE about politics, now....I hate politics!
I used to follow Obama BEFORE he became president! In fact, I made the comment to Lindsay, "Right there's the next president," after hearing him speak...3 years BEFORE he became president. And then he got the presidency. I have not seen even a resemblance of the man he was BEFORE he became president. I don't like him. I don't care about party. I don't care about whether he's really to blame for everything, or whether he was truly handed a mess. I care that he is NOT the man he presented himself to be BEFORE he became president. He sold us out and continues to do it every day. And I swear, if I have to hear his whiney ass excuses, and crying about how terrible he's had it, I might have to go to DC and get violent. I don't like him. I don't trust him. I think he's a snake and he needs to slither right back under his rock and stay there. I simply don't trust ANYONE who changes faces depending on who's looking. You mark my words, if he has his way, we will lose what little bit of freedom we've managed to retain. He's as much of a fascist as Bush is, he just claims to be pitching for the other team. Seems to me he's intentionally throwing the game off.
Hm. Well, Rick, you already know I'm pro-Herman Cain, i.e. have a lot higher opinion of what he could do as President than you have...so...where do I start here?
Oh, yeah, and I've been 1000% anti-Obama since before he got the Democratic nomination in 2008 and have only hardened my attitude toward him further since then, so I can't much relate to "giving him a break"...
Let's see then...common ground--oh! Yeah!
1. NAFTA: I've been completely against NAFTA since before it was passed. So we agree on that. Boo! Hiss! I did not realze Hillary felt it was a dumb idea, so there's a Yay! for Mrs. Bill.
2. NAFTA Superhighway: Missed that little tidbit entirely; had no idea it had even been seriously considered. Love your "Ya THINK?!" type commentary on that one. The heck with Germany's Autobahn; we'd have our own AutoBomb!
3. We agree about Rick Perry. As I wrote when he first declared his candidacy, I didn't yet have a handle on the guy--but he gave me the creeps.
Still does, only now I've at least a bit of a clue why.

Good rant! Especially the part about checking out a candidate before you vote. Anyone with money can buy TV ads. That's how we got a crook for a governor in Florida.
