Rant #6.......Or: “Could One Of You ‘Candidates’ Go To The Wizard And Borrow A BRAIN?!!?”

Every time I open a newspaper or read the news on Yahoo (Yahoo....I expect a CHECK fer that PLUG!), I see Presidential candidates (mostly GOP....BIG surprise) talking about “cutting or easing regulations” or “cutting TAXES”, and it’s ALWAYS for the COMPANIES.....NEVER for the WORKERS....the people who PUT these guys (and girls) in a POSITION to steal our money and take KICKBACKS from their buddies that RUN these companies!! Now, I don’t wanna shoot an EMBOLISM, but......
When are these people gonna REALIZE that lack of regulation is what got us INTO the situation that this country is IN?!!?....Do the Names ENRON, TYCHO...or MCI even MEAN anything to these guys???.....They SEEM to never LEARN from their MISTAKES, and I, for one, am SICK TO DEATH of the STUPIDITY!!......I guess these guys just wanna KEEP giving away our country, piece by PIECE and it’s not to CHINA (although THAT’S worrisome also AND a rant for another day)...it’s to greedy CORPORATE AMERICA!!
Here’s what I think:
Businesses (especially BIG businesses) NEED regulation...someone to look over their shoulder and say, “Oh NOO....you can’t BE that unethical!!...Not TODAY!!”.......OTHERWISE we get RIDICULOUS situations like the CEO of Ebay (one of my FAVORITE sites, by the way), John Donahoe, who got MORE money in BONUSES than the company PAID IN TAXES, in 2010.....WTF?!!?....HOW can our “representatives” ALLOW that???.......I say AGAIN...WTF?!!?....All these guys are SUPPOSED to have Harvard and Yale (and the like) educations and be the “best and the brightest" (oh PLEASE!)...but they don’t UNDERSTAND that by allowing these THIEVES to take that much money is to ROB the investors and the government of funds that could KEEP the economy VITAL????....Of COURSE they know it....they’re PART of it!!...So, I say.....regulate the companies....regulate the HELL outta them!!.....in the END a SMART business man will KNOW that to play fair with his customers and employees is to make GOOD profit and create longevity for his company.....I guess everyone FORGOT about how we were ROLLING along in the 90‘s, when we had a President that MADE business people understand this...or was it the FEAR that The Retarded Republican and Darth Cheney used during THEIR reign that made people forget??...I think it was the GREED of the companies and their people at the TOP....you can’t blame EVERYTHING on Bush & Cheney (much as I’d LOVE to).
As for TAX CUTS.....that’s ANOTHER thing I hear and read that JUST takes my testicles and SQUEEZES them and makes me wanna BLUDGEON these politicians in the head with a hard, wet object.......and I ONLY hear about tax cuts for the COMPANIES and BUSINESSES!!....So, OKAYYYYY!......GIVE the businesses tax cuts....but you don’t turn those cuts into rewards for sending jobs OUT of the country.....WHO the &%$# thought THAT was a good idea??...Oh, WAIT.....it was Retardo & Darth!!......I say, we give tax breaks for bringing jobs back INTO the country and also for (again) providing BENEFITS like CHEAP healthcare, a 401k; etc........like we had (AGAIN) in the 90‘s...Seems to me, if the company you WORK for goes back to AFFORDABLE group plans for health insurance...then the people who work there WILL have insurance.......and then won’t have to be THREATENED with FINES; etc ....MY government....the people I ELECTED are gonna TELL me I HAVE to have insurance....when I get sick only once every 5 or 6 YEARS????...NO WAY, Mr President......give Big Business tax breaks ONLY if they help STRENGTHEN this country instead of leeching OFF of it and the workers who are MAKING their profits......Give them tax breaks for giving a certain percentage (a REAL percentage that helps DEFRAY the cost of living) in cost of living raises.....and for not CUTTING pay rates at the first EXCUSE to DO so....And how about a sort of Recession Fund that companies pay into to get THEM thru the hard times, so that they don’t have to cut jobs and wages for, say 6 months???....THAT would help us PREVENT a lengthy recession and keep the economy moving by PREVENTING loss of jobs and the cutting of wages and benefits....it would at LEAST provide a STOP GAP.
In conclusion.....I want to say to politicians and the top company people....that it AIN'T Rocket Science....less wage cuts and job cuts equals a stronger economy and higher PROFITS......You should just REALIZE that the average American is not as STUPID as you “upper class” people THINK we are......We KNOW that you and your cronies are the BIGGEST part of the problem!!...we KNOW that all this CRAP of cutting wages and jobs and benefits, makes YOU “people” more money...and that’s why you DO the things you do....We KNOW that YOU “people” are the CAUSE of these “recessions” because the first thing you DO, when in doubt, is HOARD the all important (to YOU) DOLLAR....I just want to say.....”STOP it!!”...YOU know that a HAPPY workforce is a PRODUCTIVE workforce,,,Give us jobs and bank accounts and a FUTURE....and you can CONTINUE to steal all the money you want...and then we’ll ALL be FAT n GIGGLY!!

So you think borrowing a brain will do the trick? There's also the integrity and honor factors that are missing! Where they gonna borrow those? I think they should all just go to OZ and stay there. Send a Munchkin..or a flying monkey...either one could do a better job!
Yeah, welll...I've been watching the news and the economists are FINALLY saying what I touched on, above, except they're calling it a "consumer led recession"...which is TRUE, but one I really RESENT....they act like the working class is the first group to stop spending when there's an economic slowdown.....when in FACT, it's the F%&#KIN' WEALTHY ( like THEY need to save their money...)...as SOON as a stock loses money or Wall Street has a bad week, these greedy bastards start to hoard their money and (in the case of business owners) start to cut wages and jobs (it's their FIRST greedy little instinct), thereby cutting the throw away dollars that the middle and poorer classes have to spend on non essentials, which (as I SAID) causes us, over time to slide into a recession....and if these so called "businessmen" would NOT cut the income of those poorer classes right off the BAT...we would probably not GET to a recession in the first place....or at the very LEAST the recessions might be of SHORTER duration.
These "rich" people and their Dynasty families are held UP as the examples of power and FORTITUDE, when MOST of them go into a FRENZY the MINUTE they think they might not be able to buy a new CAR for a year or two!!...I say to THEM...get some BALLS and hold ON for a little while, when things get bad and MAYBE they won't STAY as bad for as LONG!! Jackasses!
